Skream has returned

Dubstep pioneer Skream has returned with his first dubstep single in a decade. The track, titled “Summoned,” is a six-minute banger that follows the traditional UK style of dubstep. It features a horn intro, jungle beats, and barely audible breathing that adds a feeling of chaos before dropping into an exotic breakdown.
Skream is one of the originators of dubstep, and his music has been influential in the genre’s development. He has released a number of classic dubstep albums, including “Skream! (2007),” “Blacklisted (2008),” and “Skreamizm Vol. 1-7 (2009-2013).” In recent years, Skream has branched out into other genres, including house, techno, and garage. However, he has always maintained a strong connection to dubstep, and “Summoned” is a welcome return to form.
The track is available now on fabric Originals.
In a statement, Skream said that he was “excited to be back making dubstep” and that he had “a lot of music in the pipeline.” He also hinted at a possible collaboration with longtime collaborator Benga.
“I’ve been working on a lot of new music over the past few years,” Skream said. “I’m really excited to be sharing it with everyone. I’ve also been working on some new music with Benga, so hopefully we’ll be able to release something together soon.”
The release of “Summoned” is a major moment for dubstep fans. Skream is one of the most respected figures in the genre, and his return is a sign that dubstep is still alive and well. With more music on the way, Skream is sure to continue to push the boundaries of dubstep and electronic music as a whole.
